Job Life Vs Business Life

Job Life, Business Life, dil zindagi, dil zindagi.com

Whether it's at job life or a business life both have their own pros and cons and our perspective.

The main point of difference between the two is in a job life we are employed under someone i.e., the boss while in business life we are our own boss, in that we are the one who sets it up.

It's our choice, whether we want to be our own boss or we want to under someone.

If we talk about job life, most people choose a job instead of going for a business for the purpose of security, and fixed finances and to avoid risks like profit or loss.

In job, there is no profit no loss, and the timings are fixed, income is fixed, we get chances to explore, we are provided with some medical benefits, but the only thing most people give up on job is that they want to be their own boss, and want to be flexible in case of timings.

But if we talk about business life, it has its own pros and cons. In a business, we learn a lot, starting from nothing our goal is to reach a specific point.

A business is no less than a challenge, but on the other hand, if you are ready to face the challenges and cross all the hurdles that come your way, and ready to face the profits and losses then you can go for a business.

The most important thing required for a business is patience, as it takes years to set up a business, in the start you may not get the required outcome but with time if you do smart work, then at a point of time you will surely get the required outcome.

But for all these, you must know that you have to have management skills, decision-making skills, leadership skills, and a positive attitude towards your work.

But if you are not ready to accept failure or challenges, then you may not be able to do a business.

But in a business, you will be your own boss, there will be a flexibility of time but there may be situations when you may have to even work on holidays or I can say in business there are no holidays and no fixed income, it will depend on the profits and losses, also there is no security in a business.

According to me, it's all your choice, if you want security, fixed income then you can go for a job but if you want to be your own boss, the flexibility of timings and you are ready to face the challenges and profits /losses that will come to your way then you may go for a business.
