"Do we really think that may it be any product or service everything has only Frontend only people in frontend does all the hard work ?"
Just because of this thought process the ones in the Backend do not receive any type of appreciation or anything the customer is unaware of them, because the backend work is always hidden, it's not visible to them.
This is not only in the case of any software or web application, this is applicable to every product or service.
If I would take a simple example, I would like to take an example of background dancers, choreographers, the technicians involved.
These people never get any award or appreciation, they never come front stage, they always stay backstage, and the truth is they work harder than those in the frontend, nothing is possible without the, but the fact is neither their work nor them, nothing is considered.
Even they get less salary than those in the frontend or should I say front stage.
A product or any type of service has 2 hands or I can say 2 ends: The Backend and The Frontend.
Both of these ends are incomplete without each other. Both of these ends go hand in hand. There is no comparison between them as both have their own importance.
Then we should not even neglect the people in Backend may it be the technicians involved in setting up a stage or award show, may it be the background dancers, the musicians involved in the final making of a song, may it be the workers involved in the making of automobiles, these deserve equal appreciation and respect.
Being from a technical background, I truly understand the importance of both of these ends, we can't develop a website, a web application, or a software application without any of these ends, a frontend is equally important as a backend. But the difference that arises is, in the visibility.
The Backend is invisible or hidden while the frontend is what is visible to the customer, that is what attracts the customer most, but the fact is only that graphical part is not important, the efficiency in any product or the actual working of the product is possible because of the backend, the coding part.
"Everything has its own importance, we can't ignore anything."
